Gunite pool services

From first drawing to first swim.

New pools and spas, renovations, repairs, equipment, and decks. Every pool and spa we build is gunite: steel-reinforced concrete, shaped on site to fit your yard. It's the only kind of pool we've built in 30 years.

New gunite pools

Every new pool is custom. We visit your property, prepare a drawing and a quote, and build an in-ground gunite pool designed around your yard.

  • Site visit and design consultation
  • A drawing of your pool before anything is built
  • A written quote
  • Permits, excavation, steel, plumbing, and electrical
  • Tile, coping, interior finish, and startup

Built-in spas

A spa built into your pool, from the same gunite, so it's part of the pool instead of a separate hot tub on the patio. Some are raised a little above the pool and some sit level with it, with warm water spilling over the edge into the pool.

  • Spas built with a new pool
  • Raised or level spas that spill over into the pool
  • Round, square, and custom shapes
  • Finished in stone, stacked stone, or tile to match the deck
  • 400,000 BTU natural gas heaters
  • Heat pump chillers that can heat or chill the spa
  • Heat your spa from your phone with Jandy iAquaLink

Renovations & remodels

Heat, humidity, and years of use wear a pool down. A renovation brings an older gunite pool back without starting over.

  • Replastering and resurfacing the pool's interior finish
  • Waterline tile and coping
  • Resurfacing old pool decks or putting in new ones
  • Remodels that change the look or layout
  • New equipment while the pool is down

  • Tile work redone
  • Pool and spa lights replaced
  • New pump motors
  • Skimmer replacement
  • New pool equipment installed
  • Saltwater systems installed
  • Jandy iAquaLink automation: control your heater, lights, and more from your phone

Paver decks

Individual stone or concrete pavers set around the pool.

  • Travertine

Concrete decks

A poured concrete deck, finished with a coating or a brushed texture.

  • Concrete with Sundek coating
  • Brushed concrete
