The owner, on every job
Pools that last. Relationships that last as long.
Sean Faulk doesn't hand your project to a crew and disappear. He's at every job site, and he's still answering questions for customers whose pools he built 20 years ago. Many of them say they wouldn't have anyone else build their pool.

BEST POOL BUILDER in Metairie!! Sean builds pools as if it was his own pool!! My life long dream of having an inground pool became my reality!! Sean answers all of your questions, no matter how many times you ask him the same questions even after the job is done!! He is highly professional and a perfectionist. I wanted something different that no one else has that would be cohesive with my home in Metairie. My unique, creative design ideas and vision + Sean's construction=OUR PINK PARADISE in my backyard. Highly recommend him, truly the BEST!!
Pontchartrain pools is a 1st class company. Sean is very knowledgeable and my pool looks beautiful. You can call Sean 5 years later and he always answers if you have questions. Highly recommend!
14 years later and my pool is still in good condition. Sean made the design and building process easy. All of his subs were solid.
I wouldn’t have anyone else do a pool or touch a pool for me other than Mr. Sean. He was referred to us through two other previous customers and he knows everything there is to know. He actually performs the job the way he says he will. We love, love our pool and hot tub… The third-party plumber for the gas heat was easy to work with as well. The sun deck is such a great choice and the travertine touch is just so beautiful!!!. The equipment is state of the Art as we chose salt water and chlorine. we also added a little play area for our son.Gi with Sean and his crew!!!
We had our pool installed in April 2026. He is incredibly knowledgeable and will help you every step of the way so you get exactly what you want. Also there for you after installation answering all your questions. And most important, he is trustworthy to do iexactly as he promises to do.
Best Pool builder in NOLA and surrounding areas by far. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and give them a call when you build your pool.
Sean was excellent to work with. We are thrilled with the pool. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional pool company.
